anyway, the reason homedude isn't jailed is because no one has pursued proving he has had sex with her. he's her boyfriend and she is pregnant but until someone pursues a blood test to show the baby is his, there's no actual proof he had sex with her.
yes it's a no-brainer and it's likely he was the one who did impregnate her, until that is proven he's off the hook. and until someone pursues his ass, he won't be blood tested.
also, there are laws that can protect such relationships depending on the age disparity, consent of the parents and shit, she may be an emancipated minor with her TV money and that may change the legal situation as well.
there are many factors, don't be so quick to attribute everything to 'black/white'. it's the easy way out.

I used to be against racism until I realized that shit will never change; and Blacks will always be at the end of the caste system( Yes, ladies and gentleman there is a caste system).
