soopaflys shit is better than
DPG
EASTSIDAZ
BAD AZZ

basically all previous independent/doggystyle releases

i know , it  took him  a while to finish it but itz an awesome album IMO

the beatz are off the heezy ( did i say that?)
much better than battlecat and meech

daz & soopafly are 2nd to dr.dre , not to be fuct with

The Soopafly album is pretty hot.  But one thing to bare in mind is that this is an album that has taken YEARS to complete and even has a track off the old Death Row Chronic 2000 release.  As far as DPG album goes--This album beats Kurupt/Daz but is not as good as Tha Last Meal.  But either way--Get this joint~

It didnt take ages to complete mate, it took years to release

Let me tell you the story

Soopafly was schedueled to release his album "Like It Or Not" in late 1998, but Death Row like usual kept pushing it back. Then it still kept happening untiul late 99 when Soopafly left because of the delay. seeing as the Album was under Dogg Pound records, Daz (CEO) of Dogg Pound records owned the masters, so when he left he took that with him & now has released it as "That Whoopty Whoop" with a few extra tracks done off Death Row (the one witrh Snoop, for example)

Saem withe RAW

RAW contained tracks that were suposed to be on What It Iz which Death Row were distributing but delayed. Daz left, kept masters & releasede

The reason Daz dont keep tha dogg pound tracks that tha row are releasing later this year is because "THA DOGG POUND" as a group were under Death Row records, Daz as a solo was under Dogg Pound records which was being distributed by Death Row

i dont like the production on dpg.. good rapz 'n shit but the production on dpg was boring to me, proly cuz daz had that damn rock co-producer on there.. so i guess i was jus feelin the more traiditional production on soopafly's album..
