Title: snoop's name?

what was snoop's name when he was on the chronic?
was it 'snoop dog' or 'snoop doggy dogg'?
on the cd cover it says 'snoop dog' , but in the lyrics they call him 'snoop doggy dogg'... ???

O' course, his real name is Calvin Broadass. =)

No It's Cordozar Broadus. Cordozar is one fucked up name. I'd be mad if my mom gave me that name. No wonder why they always call him snoopy or snoop.

Thats not true about the name Snoop Doggy Dogg. If you check the trademarks/copyrights. It has his name and states that Snoop owns it. Master P changed snoop's name to Snoop Dogg because he thought it would be more marketable.

Deathrow owns tha doggpound. They don't own snoop doggy dogg. If you don't believe me check the us trademarks/copyrights. I had the page, so I could link you but it doesn't work anymore.
