^^^^ Ben Arfa isn't a "number 10"  but of course he's gonna create danger in a defense as he eliminates players off the dribble with EASE ... you may not need another forward but Benzema >>> any forward on the Arsenal roster , outside maybe Van Persie

Damn, we need another number 10. Fabregas is pure class but still.

I think the 4 we got now is enough. I wouldn't wanna sell any of them - Eduardo is really adapting to PL now plus we got Vela who rejoins the squad in the summer. Let's not forget Walcott either. Pacey

It's sad that with the evolution of football , true "number 10" players don't exist anymore .. Fabregas is a "modern" number 10 ..  I miss these classic number 10 players who were able to keep the ball , calms things down and dishes some great passes due to their incredible vision .. now "numbers 10" are just an defensive/offensive miedfield who runs the offensive and set others teammates ..

I guess Del Piero is the last classic number 10 after Bergkamp and Zidane retired. :'(

He aint going anywhere yet

One player who will not be leaving Lyon is Karim Benzema.

The young forward has admitted he attracted by some of Europe's big clubs - but Aulas is planning for the future with him.

"We have a lot of things going on with Karim, but we will be constructing the future in the long-term with him."

benzema has said though

However, 22-year-old Benzema has admitted that he would be extremely tempted by an offer from the likes of the Old Trafford Club.

"Milan makes me dream," he told Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello sport.

"Also because Ronaldo is there - he's my idol. He's from another planet.

"But I also love Juventus, Inter and Manchester United - the big clubs. What's important is to win.

"I would leave Lyon only to continue to win and when I also feel ready mentally

Litmanen was absolutely class. I swear to god, that Ajax team of 95 must have been one of the greatest ever, they could have built another dynasty. Just off the top of my head...Van Der Sar, The De Boers, Davids, Seedorf, Kanu, Kluivert, Rijkaard, Bergkamp, Litmanen, Finidi George, Kiki Musampa, Danny Blind, Reizeger. What a fucking team! And by 1997 most of them were gone.

Oh and Benzema is class, hope he comes to the premiership, but not to Chelsea.

Oh and is Kaka not a "Classic" number 10? Maybe im too young, someone want to explain what a classic number ten is?

Kaka ain't a classic number 10 to me.. He's more like a allround playmaker, if u catch what I'm saying.
Maradona, Bergkamp, Litmanen, Pelé, Zidane, Del Piero, Riquelme - all great #10
