Another week, another Crooked I "Hip-Hop Weekly" freestyle! We are 11 weeks before the end of this highly successful series, which Crooked I has been blessing his fans with for the past 41 weeks.
This week, he borrows Lil Wayne's "Best Rapper Alive" track and as always rips the beat to shreds. Seriously, what can I say, Crooked been killing it week for week, this dude is a monster.

I still don't see all the love/fuss over Wayne? I guess I'll never get it.

I thought the same for a long time.. but dude does have some good shit.. check out "Birdman Jr" from Carter I and "Hustler Music" from Carter II and some of his mixtape shit.. once you get into his style he's pretty dope. I'm not really feeling his whole image, or the whole Birdman relationship, but whatever...

Hahaha, I feel you. I got into it though, I can't listen to him for too long but he got some good shit.
Edit: I just heard his first single from Carter III called "Showtime" and it's horrible, he used the T-Pain effect (autotune) on it and it doesn't sound good.. at all lol.

Well, after I've heard Crooked spit over that beat - I can't say that it's THAT good - Guess it was Wayne who saved it and hold it up to that banger level. He rips it apart.

I love what Crooked is doing on those freestyles, but let's face it, I'm getting tired of this.
He should work on original for a new album (the guy is in his mid 30s, what the fuck is he waiting for?"?) instead of this.
