this dude been buzzin.. i wasn't up on dude, the name similiarity to roscoe kinda threw me off at first, but this dude got the nr 1 independent record in the country right now "Live it up" ft e-40 and bobby valentino, they just shot the video for it too that shit goin on MTV. song is produced by Focus.. and he's managed by sway & tech.

Nima, you might want to hear this. Before Roscoe Umail was known, he used to be a branch of a Korean rap group known as Drunken Tiger. I happen to have a song with him and DT called "Final Fantasy" (he only spits eight bars though), plus there are two others he did with the group. I'll have to double check with a J-Pop forum and their official website for more info.
I also would suggest asking this question to Roscoe: if he plans to work with Drunken Tiger or their affiliate Tasha/Yoon Mi Rae anytime in the near future. For those who don't know who Tasha is, she's a great singer AND a phenomenal rapper. Problem: she ain't west coast (Korean, as a matter of fact), but very respected in the K-Urban territory.

hey what'z up dubcc! yeah down here in salinas/monterey county they're playin the bay area remix of "live it up" that features san quinn ... song is the shit! quinn is beast on this track and rips it! i been looking for the bay area remix & the original everywhere and i can't find shit! i hit up umali on myspace and asked him to put it up on his snocap but got no answer, nima this is song is the shit rite now, y'all need to do a interview and drop a few of his new jamz especially this joint ... 8)

Nah they shot a new one with Bobby Valentino and from what the homie Mash told me, Topic, Hot Dollar, Bangloose, Stylistic Jones, Damani, Another Level, Taje' producers D.K. All Day, Amil G and Dae One, R&B singers Bobby Valentino and Akon's newest signee Coby Odonis amongst others showed up.

Roscoe Umali is the truth. This cat been grinding working hard around the clock to make it happen. He got banging production and he's just a cool individual in general. All that dissing cuz of Kurupts brother Roscoe aint cool. I know for a fact that they don't have a problem with each other cuz both of them spoke highly of each other to me. I was just wit Umali this Saturday night at a show with him and Hot Dollar. And Roscoe "Y.A." was with me my homies at Sutra last month and he told me that Umali was hella cool and they was both chilling at some spot in Oregon together. So stop the bullshit trying to start friction. Roscoe Umali got bars, and D.K. all Day, Amil G and Kickback got Beats.
