Title: Alright Geniuses here we go again!!!!!

I got the answer for this problem already but I just need to double check it its correct.
My answer is 3 outfits but I think I am wrong

John Doe has a whte shirt, a tan shirt, a pair of brown pants, a pair of black pants a pair of blu pants a plaid coat and a tweed sport coat. how many diifeerent 3 piece outfits can he made if each outfit consists of one shirt,on pair of pants and a coat?

3? im too lazy to figure this out but he can get more than that. wht shirt, brwn pants, plaid coat, tan, brown, plaid, white,blck, plaid, tan, black, plaid, theres 4 already
