SACRAMENTO, 10:48 p.m. PDT June 12, 2001 -- A Sacramento-based rapper has been arrested on dozens of counts of child molestation, and among the alleged victims is his daughter.

The list of charges ranges from rape to molestation to taking pornographic pictures. Those are the charges the district attorney believes rapper Triple Sicx and his girlfriend committed this spring.

Triple Sicx's real name is Maxmillian Kunitz, and his "Dead 4 Life" CD was made in Sacramento, but according to court papers, Kunitz and his girlfriend, Aniva Jamieson, are facing 69 felony counts of repeatedly molesting, raping and photographing two young girls earlier this year.

"Yeah, it's bad. Investigators found evidence consistent with child molestation," Sacramento Police Sgt. Daniel Hahn said.


One of the alleged victim's mothers, Savannah Coleman, spoke out publicly Tuesday. She still can't understand why Kunitz would allegedly violate his own daughters.

"It's sick," Coleman said. "It doesn't make any sense. It's her dad. That's sick. The mind of someone to do something like that is sick. It's sick. It's a child."

If convicted, the musician and his girlfriend could face a combined 400 years in jail.
