......is a dangerous place ?

I was watching a video about salton sea on youtube,and these are a couple of comments about the place:

dude...slab city reminds me of the movie "The Hills have Eyes" I almost was killed or kidnapped over there. No Joke.

I've been here... Salton Sea will give you nightmares, seriously.

nothin man i used to go fishing there wen i was a kid...waters dryin up alot, in the middle of the desert i dont see anything scary about it
