1) what show that is
2) who that girl is
3) if that Jimmy is anyone in particular
4) what thepoint of that sketch is anyways...

1.  It aired on a late night show called, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
2.  The girl is comedian, Sarah Silverman, who's also Jimmy Kimmel's girlfriend. 
3.  Jimmy is Jimmy Kimmel   :D
4.  There's always been a pretend "beef" between Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmell.  This is just the latest episode of it! lol
