I checked the billboard charts today, because I was bored. It's a long time ago I checked them out and I was very surprised to see Snoop Dogg's "Sensual Seduction" movin from #11 to #8 this week, with 9 weeks on chart. I didn't know that it is such a success for him. I thought it might have some radio play but #8 is crazy. It's even more successful than "That's That Shit" ft. R. Kelly.
Not that I care about if a rapper sells or not, I just think it's interesting, and I wish him high sale numbers. It's good for the westcoast.

Really??
well that's weird, cuz the song is 'so,so'..
it's good news for Snoop..
he might actual pull this stunt off..
-
the radio here in LA plays that song like crazy so I'm not surprised not feeling the song but good for Snoop
-
I think it just shows Snoop's stability as an artist.
When "Drop it like it's hot" first came out, 90% of this board hated it, with many sayin "this song proves that Snoop is done, and needs to retire" and that was his biggest hit since Doggystyle, and arguably one of his biggest singles period. With this, most of us called it a T-Pain rip off, and saw it as bein corny as hell..but when I play this song in the South, it gets a bigger response than almost anything from the West Coast that has come out in the last few years.

we can all say that sexual eruption is a modern day classic... 8)

yea, its a nice track, different from everything thats out right now. Its on the radio constantly, it will get played out though.
-
I am really surprised that people are buying it. I thought it would flop, even tho I like it.
-
lool People are buying song of Soulja Boy so why they doesn't buy song of Snoop.

soulja boy is typical south music, it's no wonder that he sells.

i think snoop has become a brand and white people have come to terms to liking snoop dogg therefore thinking that anything that he does is hip and is a hit
-

yeah whoever said that snoop is the most versitile rapper was right, he can do it all and make it appeal to anyone.
I remember hating 'drop it like its hot' but that grew on me too.
-
the songs dope, but whens the next single gonna drop, and whats it gonna be?
-
The song is complete shit, but good for Snoop I guess
-
This shit is one of the most played song's on the radio over here. And I'm on the East Coast. :-\
-
plus he's got that E show going on, so no reason for him not to do big number this album
when I first heard I wasn't feeling it, but now every time I hear it gets better and better, catchy and smooth as fukk

You know I'm really fucking getting tired of this racial shit. No one wants us talking shit about blacks but when it comes to a certain rapper selling people want to try and say whites are just buying it because snoops a "brand" or they want to be cool or whatever the fuck stupid reason you want.
Why the fuck we got to bring race into it... why can't people just be fans of music.

Re: Damn, "Sensual Seduction" is really blowin up!
Yeah, I know, they're playing the shit out of it up here too.
Everytime I zap in to MTV or The Voice, it's there.. and that's when I change the channel.
