Santa Monicas kinda of the same to me as well. Used to like goin there but i hate fightin through the crowds just to be stopped for change every ten steps

not only does Pasadena's downtown kick ass but I could get us free movies at the Laemle (i have friends who work for the owners) indie theater, and the Norton simon (dope museum) is free.

LA water aint that bad. Come to San Diego. We had the most beach closures due to polluted water last year lol

Venice is cool to go to every once in a while, but the weekends are too packed with all the tourists. But there's a little skate park, all those little stands, that annoying guy who raps about people that are walking by, and the b-ball courts. Last time I played ball there a few months back, this black dude got mad when he lost and picked up a garbage can and threw it against the wall by the bathroom, and this white couple got all scared and were yelling to their daughter to stay in the bathroom. Hilarious!!

Very true..I remember going a few years ago and there was a lot of good players there, but I went a few times at the end of last year and it was pretty weak. Open gym at Long Beach State gets cracking sometimes, where are some other good spots to play?

^^Haha, for sure. I'm really not that good myself, but I like playing with people that are because it gets me motivated to play a lot harder. I hate playing against the lazy and out of shape dudes because I end up not even trying, and there were a lot of them at Venice last time I was there.
Also, concerning Venice, Abbot Kinney always has some sort of parade or something going on, and a lot of the art galleries and things like that will have free beer and drinks on the first Friday of every month.

i can, PROBABLY, but i can't play MY game, which is a lot of Jumping. i
got had a lot of unique jump passes and i have had an unstoppable block out game. i could rebound like no other. growing up i was always the tallest or one of the tallest kids in school but i stopped growing in the 6th grade at 5'9 ish. so my game was always C/PF like....then before my accident my coaches had me play Point Foward and that's where i started with my passing game. so that's why i like shaq and barkley aot because i use to play like that , and then later i started to reallly like Kidd because that's how i strived to pass. Now that's why i like Odom cuz my game was a lot like how he plays , but i think i'm a better passer.
