nope. very soon though he has a hearing because his lawyers are trying to get the evidence seized in his house/car were seized illegally. He is also trying to have some statements he made thrown out, due to the same reason. If this happens, it'll be a huge blow to the feds case.

pretty boring and gay awards, i liked Feist's performance, kanye was nothing special, i cant believe alicia keys is becoming the average boring r&b singer, and why john mayer would come out for that 30 sec is beyond me, that raphsody in blue performance was great, and having little richard on stage with jerry lewis cant be too bad, amy winehouse, hahahah she was so intoxicated, and she kept playing around with her voice, she was cracking me up, she seems very unstable
