Title: I like what Snoop is doing with the Angels...
Post by: Big BpG on May 28, 2001, 01:53:08 PM: Well I know I am probably the only Doggy's Angels fan in here ... well fine, but I really like what he is doing with them. He isn't just letting them fall. Instead he is doing his best to keep them up by featuring them on movie soundtracks and on Bad Azz's album. Shoot Em Up is a dope track and people who buy the soundtrack will be very happy I think. I love that song! I also can't get over the bad azz song "How We Get Down" ... probably my favorite song at the moment. I just bang it off my computer ... and it features the angels! Instead of just putting them on a mediocre song, he drops them on a hot ass song where you have no choice to listen.... I like it!

Maybe not a classic, but I do think some songs are classics. My favorite is RIDAZ WITH ME!!!!!!

I played that in my car and all my friends were like Damn that's a tight song ... then the angels started rapping ... they didn't think it was tight no more...

i think the main thing that puts me off it a little is the overuse of hooks.. its not quite a rap album.. its too rappy to be rnb.. ya feel me?
