It's "No Contest" For Guilty On St. Album Debut - February 13, 2008 By : Eddie
Baby Ree group Guilty is dropping their debut street album “No Contest” for free download exclusively on Dubcnn today!
The project features the talents of Silas, Sly, Dopey Loco, and Los, who also serves as the group’s producer. With music industry veteran Damizza overseeing the entire street album, “No Contest” is guaranteed to be a hit both for West Coast residents and for hip-hop fans from all over the world. With the release of “No Contest”, the world will get to hear how the four members mesh together seamlessly to create music that covers all aspects of Southern California living.
The group is hungry for a spot at the top of the rap game, and they see this street album as their first mark on the hip-hop industry. “It describes us. It describes Guilty,” says Sly. For your free copy of the album, follow the link below!

Damn how many street albums have dropped on Dubcnn for one year ? Great thing .. hopefully this will begin a new trend for the WHOLE rap game and replace these useless DJ mixtapes with no original beats on it

props, will d/l now

I listened to half the tape this morning before I left the house. In all honestness I thought the beats were mediocre and none of the raps really caught my attention.

Thanks for the honest feedback! Keep it coming!
-
First listen through it didnt really grab me lyrics wise, the production is cool but i gotta give it a couple more spins before i really say to much on this oh and i gotta tag it too cause that bugs the shit out of me having it on my ipod like that haha

You really think so? I think it sucks. It's like a few untalented cats were thrown together to make a few songs. The tracks with Jedi Jared Moore are alright (apart from "Through Thick & Thin" and "Cupid"), but the rest is really not good. I can't believe Damizza is behind these cats.

I'm a fan of Damizza and Los has done some tight work in the past but not really feeling this project.

bump, don't miss this!
