similiar same it varies a bit factoring some of the effects ive named you can also affect the parameters slightly by note velocity or holding a note, but at the end of the day you know a talk box when you hear it
doesnt matter if michael jackson or westcoast use it theyre going to replicate each others voice

The reason I asy T-Pain doesn't use a vocoder or a takbox is cause people are saying he "brought an old trend back" which is NOT what he did.
Noone's ever used autotune in the way and to the degree of success that T-Pain did. Personally, It hink its a pretty stupid effect, but like him or hate him he came with something new and broke through with it. Everyone bringing up Roger Troutman is disgracin his legacy by even making the comparison. Autotune uses zero effort to use, a Talkbox requires much more musical ability.
