DR DRE is one of my all time hiphop fav's, but it was ice-t, who gets nothing but the 'spect he deserves. dre and crew sometimes bastardized it. I felt his earlier shit, though i always thought he got WAY too much credit for what he does..he did revolutionize a sound, though some would say that is a bad thing, since he spawned so many biters who are responsible for me not being able to listen to hip hop on the radio anymore (remember the days when hot 97 was a dope station anyone?
dre beat i like is the one he did for d.o.c. way back in the day. urghh fonky enough cause of that vocal sample.
