I think your questions were longer then his answers LMAO, Anyways propz mayne, i like this guy, his flow n all that, i just downloaded a few joints off Limewire from him today, hes dope, cant wait for the album!!!

That's something I always say is the mark of a bad interviewee. It's natural to try and just answer the questions quickly, but to get an interesting interview its important for artists to go more indepth for a more interesting read and also so we can get to know them better. Thats integral for new artists.

there wasn't much I can do about making his answers longer..he ASKED if we could do the interview through email..I thought I asked some good Qs, he just didn't answer somethings as in-depth as i thought he would :-\

In the end, thats on him - he's the one that looks bad with shallow responses. Maybe you should try some follow-up questions or prod a lil more - for their sakes

i didn't have the opportunity for follow up Qs because he wanted to do it through email.

that's for real,it's like Luna put more effort in it than the artist,ha,ha.
Oooh well,if dude wont do it over phone well then it's not much you can do,it's a little sad though because it seemed like Luna put in some time to do research about dude.
its all good. Small World is a mad cool dude, he is really appreciative about this opportunity as am I. He def gave some good answers. Also, perhaps he doesn't feel comfortable speakin on his childhood which I gotta respect.

kinda standard text book questions,dude
'How'..'what' 'when' are okay..but sometimes you asking fir a direct answer with no in-depth response..
'akin to 'i crossed the street'..ok..so..what??..

I wanted to start from the beginning to the present, thats why it was in the beginning..it went from that to his time with clef, and now dtp..in order..if i had it at the end, would of felt like a 'filler' question IMO. It was scripted because like I said, he wanted to do it through email..if it was a phone interview, it wouldn't look as 'scripted'. Its all good man.
