Title: Were These Bishop Lamont Tracks Ever Put Out In CDQ?

I remember the track "Toe Tag" was put out on a couple of mixtapes and was wondering if it was ever released in cdq? What's the best quality that's been put out (I don't have this track at all anymore for some reason so just trying to figure out the best possible available version).

Also, there was a track that was released via Dr. Stank I believe on a mixtape or an album (not sure which) but featured Bishop Lamont, Dirty Birdy and some other female mc. In Bishop's verse, at the end he spits:

"Hell yeah, like I'm D-to the R-E/
Ya'll niggas played out like atari/
If ain't our fault we hot & ya'll sorry/
Yo thanks to Dr. Stank for this muthafuckin bomb beat!/"

Anyone know what track this is & was it released in cdq? Same way, if it wasn't released in cdq what's the best possible version available? Could I get an upload of these? Thanks for any help fam!

Its an mpga file (which is just how i got it), but it plays on iTunes. I was gonna convert it to mp3 but it would decrease the quality, unless someone is able to do it ??
