He was spitting shit like he was the hardest dude ever and he could barely move.

i guess i'm being slow myself: no. except that when you're in a wheelchair, spitting shit about how you gon' fuck niggaz up doesn't exactly create the impression of you being highly intelligent. and yeah, his face/look doesn't exactly seem to reflect a superior intellect either. still i have a distinct feeling that i didn't get your point lol
