Artists will often sit on tracks for a few years sometimes, so It may have been recorded a few years before.
Like when canibus released "not 4 Play" on his mind control album like 4 years after it was recorded.
Kurupt's voice and delivery sound just like most of his 2003 shit here.
He did not have this sound/flow before going to Death Row in 2002.
He does not claim DPG even once on this track.
(something he did on almost every song in 2005/2006 after DPG reunited)
He only had this "hoarse voice" in 2003/2004 (like he was smoking too may cigarettes at that time)
And he uses lyrics/phrases that he was fond of using during the 2003-2004 Death Row Era.
"What the Fucks wrong wit ya Nigga, That's why we don't get along wit ya Nigga"
".....The Rider Redemption....."
I am convinced that this track was recorded in 2003/2004 8)
