The Toronto Raptors traded guard Juan Dixon to the Detroit Pistons on Thursday for Primoz Brezec, a league source said Thursday afternoon.
Dixon has played 36 games this season and is averaging 4.3 points and 1.8 assists in 11-plus minutes per game.
Brezec has played 37 games this year, his first with Detroit after coming over from the Charlotte Bobcats in an early-season trade. He is averaging 1.7 points and 1.7 rebounds.
Not a blockbuster trade, but neither player was doing much for their team.

There been rumours the last few days about Dixon going to GSW (along with joey graham) for Pietrus..So when I heard Dixon got dealt, i got EXTREMELY excited it was Pietrus ;D I'm disappointed LOL (not that i don't "like" this deal, but preferred pietrus).

LOL...I woulda preferred Pietrus as well...Brezec is still talented, though, and can provide some much needed size.

no doubt, but not much he can't do that Nesterovic already doesn't for us. I guess its more depth :P

not suprised at all Dixon got dealt. I doubt that Brezec will see much court time either tho. Hes gonna be playing behind Bosh, Bargnani, Nesterovoch, Humphries ect.....
