I'm gonna go with Tha Dogg Pound one on Leftover Doggfood one of the best unreleased tracks from them 8)
-
I haven't heard the DPG version.
-
Even though I am both a 2Pac and DPG fan, the 2Pac version bangs more. It's more raw.
-
Tupac... He has killed that shit...
-
They are both cool, but I gotta say Tha Dogg Pound version!

Dogg Pound
-
I knew Pac's version a long time before I knew DPG's version, so I never really felt the DPG version. I think I heard the 2Pac version too many times to appreciate DPG's version.

Both are Dope but but 2pac Fuckin KILLED IT! :o
"They Neva shoulda put my Rhymes with Dre..."
I would enjoy the DPG version more if it was available in higher quality. 8)

When 2pac came to Death Row, Suge put EVERYBODY Else on the Back Burner.
The pattern continued in later years also.
Suge was very focused on Crooked I and then Kurupt signed to DR and He was made Priority 1.
Suge was very focused on Kurupt and then Petey Pablo signed to DR and He was made Priority 1.
Funny Shit. 8)

real talk homie 8)
don't understand Suge sometimes Pac already had a Dre beat anyway for his first single and Can't C Me was gonna be tha Dogg Pound's first single but Suge pulls that shit and then they don't even release the Pac track as a single anyways :-\

I'm pretty sure it was similar to Don't Stop Keep Goin where Pac heard it in the vault and wanted to put his own version of it

2pac rips both cant see me and dont stop. both traks wit pac are betr. the reasn pac had the cant see me trak is because remebr, suge baild him out, lost alot of money, so realy evrythn was on pacs shouldr. he took various traks off ppl. he took cali luv off dre, cant c me off dpg, got my mind up off dpg also.
-
Pac, without a doubt
-
pac just because of the superior sound quality
-
I have to go with the Pac version as well for all the reasons mentioned, its a shame that we don't have the DPG one in good quality, looking back that would have been a perfect lead single to "Dogg Food"
-
I gotta go with Pac. I mean Dogg Pound version was tight as fuck but their rhymes were way more laid back. Pac tore this beat to fuckin pieces. One of his most energetic tracks if not THE most.

props to everybody for their response 8)

not to mention that the track was originally meant for Helter Skelter.
but somehow the original vocals weren't just erased; i assume that dre did add extra effects later as these are not present on the DPG version.
for that reason i prefer the 2pac version.

this track went from being Dre/Cube to a Dogg Pound and then finallly to a 2Pac track, maybe Suge has a Snoop version of it somewhere as well  Seriously though the Dre/Cube version would have been :o

Props to everyone in this thread for the info and opinions 8)
See Bundy, I respect other ppl's opinions that don't sound completely idiotic.
