does any one know who the hell daz is dissing on DPG(the song)
-
haha i was gon post this topic.
i thought it might be Dre, cuz he says its someone he used to follow, and admire. but thats just a guess.
ill have to transcribe that shit if i get a minute
-
it's Suge Knight.....
-
i thought it might be suge too, but then he talks about someone who has 'fucked up beats and samples' and who 'made a video for a song that got blew out of proportion' indicating its probably an artist, probably
i really have no idea, im stumped ???
-
First of all mr.loc, about your signature: "doubt is the murder of the dream" is a Bigg Pimpin quote, and who knows who he dissin? much of the time artists are talking about noone in particular, just talkin shit cuz it rhymes or whatever,peace-Tanjint
-
heres what i thought on the topic:
when he says
"doin a video for a song that got blew out of proportion"
he is talking about new york new york, and some of those peoplet ath dissed him for making that song is who he is talkuing about,. i dnot know who exactly
-
tanjint, i know but daz said it and thats where i heard it. i couldnt be bothered to have - 'like big pimpin say' on the front. dont be so picky
-
okay i changed it. any typos there?
-
naw looks smothh mr

Hey, on "Game 4 Sale" does Daz diss Shyne? cuz on a track he goes something like "Never snitch like Shyne" or something with the word Shyne and snitch in the same sentance...
-
Yeah, He Disses Him... Remember Shyne Kinda Snitched On Puffy.....
Daz Is Dissin' Whoever It Was That Made That Song LA, LA, Because He Says "Yo, I Thin We Got Bit" Or Somethin, Then He Says Something About The Video That Got Blown Outta Proportion...... It's Just The Follow Up To New York, New York, They Did The Vid. Where They Were Kickin' Down The Buildings In New York, Then Whoever Made That LA, LA Track Which Half-Ass Bit The Dogg Pound Track, Then This Is The Part 2 Of The Dogg Pound Side Of Things...
-
I thought it might have been to do with 'Murder for Life' from TGFR.
-
I thought it could be.
Kurupt is cool with Noreaga, dont know about the rest who were in that song (Capone, Mobb Deep & Tragedy Khadafi)
Daz is the only one who disses on that song so i dont know if he is cool with any of them
Also remember Roc-a-fella is having beef with Mobb Deep & seeing Daz is almost Roc-A-Fella, maybe he took offense to Prodigy saying "Comin at my familia/this aint the Roc nigga, we aint them faggot ass niggaz"
It sounds like it
It might be a song the DPG did a while ago, back in the day, you never know
The way I see it if your gonna diss someone, say there name
Its a bugger trying to find out who's dissing who in a no-names mentioned diss song.
If you gonna diss someone, have the balls to mention there name.
2Pac did, Eminem did, Prodigy does most of the time.
Jay Z always does diss songs & forgets to mention names, like "Do It Again" & "Brooklyns Finest" & That song which he says "New York looked weak since Snoop crushed the buildings, I'm trying to restore the feeling"
-
Jay Z schooled him well then! :P ???
-
Yeah, I Think They Should Name Names Too, I'm Still Pissed Quik Lied About "You Ain't Fresh"
-
Yea, that Quik diss was obviouse...
-
Engies actually Jay-Z says "It's like New York's been soft ever since snoop came through and crushed the buildings. " Then he goes on to say that he is trying to restore the feelings. That comes from money, cash, hoes off of vol 2. hard knock life
-
i think he's dissin capone and noreaga, because first off, they were the ones that made that LA LA track, and if you listen closely, it's the same beat as New York New York, (the same bass and drum line). plus, daz even says that it's about the new york shit in the first line of the song
