The last I heard is that Robert Rodriguez was thinking about making a straight to DVD movie of Machete but as usual he films a shit load and now he's just gonna make it into a full length feature film.  Odds are it will be late 2008.

^ i feel ya. he HAS starred in movies before as a featured artist but it was alll b movie shit. he has a REAALLLLY dope documentary out. check it next time you're at the video store.
