It was Surgery i still have that 12in. Damn Dre has come a lonnnnggggg way since!!!!! It has a cartoon picture of him in an operating room with his turntable drum machine and keyboards

The first record Dre ever produce was a song called "Slice" back in 83 its a song talks about dj Yella,its very rare it sold for about $300 on Ebay a year ago.I think its on CRU records.
