Anyways props, song is OK. Hope the whole album doesn't have this kinda vibe. Suga Free my fav rapper of all time, but this track's beat is kinda weak. He needs J-Steez to produce this!

Big props for the news though man! Any idea when this album coming out and who's producin on it?

Agreed. His guest features are usually pretty good, but the traccs he records himself are terrible.
He's had a couple of bangers here and there, but the quality of work has gone down hill post DJ Q

You really don't like it? This song is a welcome change in my opinion.

On this song it seems like he's just doing his own thing now and taking some chances with his music. Thats a good thing and it sounds decent. Different, but good.

I don't like this beat. it doesn't fit his style. but that's only my personal opinion. maybe it's because I miss them timeless DJ Quik & Suga Free songs I don't know. this is something different indeed. but I'm looking forward to his album no doubt

Yeah, lets get all hung up on the past. But it's true, if you only liked Free when he was with Quik, you're not really a fan. It's like if I said, I'm a huge 50 Cent fan but his last 2 albums sucked.

People glorify Quik and Dre waaay too much on these forums.

Every time I play it it still sounds as fresh as when I first heard it. I hope Free decides to experiment more with beats like this on Smell My Finger. J Steez, Blaqtoven, Freeze & them are dope producers but I feel he should try some different shit like this more often. 8)
