in all fairness, dirk's been saying that ever since kobe scored 62 in 3 quarters against the mavs.

i'd buy the arguement Shaq could've got one of Nash's bceause he INSTANTLY made Miami a contender
Dirk's MVP, well, I don't think I agreed with it when he got it. In retrospect it doesn't look so bad he was a great player that year.

Those 2 have A LOT of respect for each other. They always compliment each other. During the game yesterday you can hear Kobe sayin "I see you Dirk, I see you feelin it".

Nash had a claim to the first one, but he robbed Kobe the second time. 35 ppg, all defensive first team, team made the playoffs. What more can you ask for?
