Wayne got a big buzz, but still pushin back his " Carter 3 " album, simply because he or the people around him knows that he ain't gonna capitalize about his buzz. He don't know how to make a great album with no fillers, big singles or simply good from the intro to the outro in my opinion. Plus it seems like he's running behind a hit single that he never gonna have.
