What is the hip-hop scene their like?  Do artists out there sell as many records as they do here?  Does Eminem sell 8 million in the UK?  And what is the overall scene like.

but yea, real hip hop here is sparce in most places, some parts of london are coo tho

I live in the North and hip hop is pretty non existant. For exapmle I wanted to buy Kurupts Streetz... but non of the stores had it, and some of the prices they charge are ridiculous (£25 for Nates G Funk Classics).

I saw kurupts streetz down here on the day it was released... was I already had the RNS rips(hehhe) of 2001 and Streetz i bought 2001, and planned on buing Streetz a little later.

I finally bought it about 6 months later when I saw it again in Bristol.

i been to the north before...i went to newcastle....there is NO hip hop scene whatsoever.  (except chart shit)

where i live is the kinda accepted epicentre of rap in the uk, recently ive started calling it Mini -Manhattan (which is where im from originally)
