-
back up ho is a b-side on snoop dogg 12" over here.. someone said its on the single somewhere too
-
Sunshine
-
Back Up Hoe was originally made for "Tha Last Meal"...Yo, how does "Sunshine" go?
-
I haven't heard it yet.
-
Sunshine is a song dedicated to weed... but i have seen it on Napster as a few different names... so that song Mary Jane is probabaley the same song
-
Yea, thats what I was saying...'Sunshine' AKA 'Mary Jane'...
-
Oh aight then. I thought they were different since I never heard Sunshine yet. I can't find it anywhere.
-
purple was a leftover 2 n its off tha hizzle it may also b aka sunshine cos i don't have sunshine n its on the subject of weed
-
left overs???
Shit, snoop made like 40+ songs for the last meal...so there are a gang of Left overs.......
Im thinkin they will just become eastsidaz songs....or dpgc songs...unless master p owns them...
-
Aight, Imma list a bunch of songs I have been told were Last MEal Leftovers. Some will be wrong:
- Westcoast Still Gone Flow feat. Kurupt
- Super Ho feat MC Eiht
- I got a Story to Tell feat Kurupt
- Pop your Collar
- Last Meal
I thought I had more but thats it. Let me know if I'm wrong.
-
Shit, snoop made like 40+ songs for the last meal...so there are a gang of Left overs.......
NO SHIT!!! Snoop recorded over 100 songs for "Tha Last Meal"......
I'm talking about the Leftovers that have leaked onto the net...
-
Also here are some more questions...
How does 'Purple' go and how long is it...Does anyone know if 'Purple' is the same song as 'Mary Jane' AKA 'Sunshine'?
Also, Bdogg
How does "Westcoast Still Gone Flow" go? Is this a Left Over...Can it also be "Money To Fold"???
What the hell is 'Super Ho' and how does it go?
Another one I'm curious about is 'I got a Story to Tell' but it might be another name for 'Money to Fold'..How does this go?
'Pop your Collar' I already listed
'Last Meal' is from the "Smokefest" Cd...
Yall, try to answer my questions...Peace
-
Super Ho is a track with Eiht. It just talks about Snoop getting ho's and shit. The hook goes like this.
MC Eiht had them all
That boy'll take your hoes
MC Eiht had them all
He is a super ho???
Snoop sings the hook
Purple couldn't be Mary Jane.
I think I got a story to tell is a Kurupt song featuring Snoop
-
So how is that a Left Over? Is it a "The Streetz Is a Mutha" Leftover? Or can it be on "Space Boogie"??
-
I don't know. I just remembered that it was a song featuring Snoop. It may be on Space Boogie.
-
Yo I Got A Story To Tell was released on a soundtrack, and its off tha hook!!
-
yo Now_I_Know "Purple" is 4:45 long
Peace
-
Oh, so it cant be 'Mary jane', because 'Mary Jane' is 6 mins and something...
-
Yeah Mary Jane is probabaley 6:11 same as Sunshine
-
man can someone tell me why sunshine and fathers day never made the album, those songs are unreal. Fathers day could have even blown up, something like that really hasnt been done before
-
Is Don't Do The Crime is a Last Meal leftover? I thought it was it from the Smokefest '96 album
-
LOL You Guys Are Crazy.
You're Acting Like A "Leftover" Is Snoop Goin' Like "This Is Gon' Be On The CD 'last meal' That I'm Putting Out December 12th, 2000. If I Don't Use It, It's An Extra That'll Never Be Released."
In Reality, He And His Record Songs Non Stop... He's Probably Been In The Studio This Week Recording, But With No Real Plans Of What For... Some Of These Songs Have Been Around Since '96 Or So, And Some Have Been Recorded In The Last Year... Plans Change All The Time, So All He Does Is Keep Recording, And Then Release An Album Of Some Of The Songs. He Doesn't Neccessarily Put All The Best Songs On 1 Album...
Songs Like Sunshine (Which May Be Mary Jane... It Goes "You Tha, Only, One, That I Could Ever Live For... It's You I Adore...") And Super Ho Will Be Released Eventually, But They Would Fit On Any Soundtrack Or Album, So He's Just Saving Them. He Probably Didn't Even Record Them With The Last Meal Specifically In Mind...
A "Leftover" Would Be Something Like The George Clinton Song "Doggystyle"... It's OBVIOUS That That Song Was Gon' Be The Title Song Of The Album "Doggystyle" But Was Then Scrapped, Hence The "Leftover"...
Anyways, That's Just How I See It :)
BTW, Deathrow Issued A Bootleg Of The Album Before It Dropped On Their Website, Which Is Where A Ton Of Those Song Titles Came From... There IS A Last Meal Song, But The Song "Set It Off" Was Called The Last Meal On Deathrow's Bootleg... (At The End Of The Song, Kurupt Says "This Is The Last Meal!")...
-
Oh Yeah, For Example...
The Song "Yall Gon' Miss Me" Was Recorded When Snoop Left For No Limit. That's What, 3 Years Ago? But He Never Had A Good Reason To Put It Out. Once He Decided "The Last Meal" Was Gonna Be The Last Time He Let Them Leech Off His Fame, He Decided To Release It To Wrap The Album Up. It Fit, So He Released It... That's How All This Unreleased Stuff Is, He'll Release It When It Fits What He's Trying To Say, So They're Not Really Leftovers, Or That Would Make "Miss Me" A Game Is To Be Sold leftover,Wouldn't It?
-
story 2 tell was a single in sweeden or some place like that
if u got purple u know u have cos its said about a million times in the song its on the same level as lay low maybe would've beaten lay low on being the best song on the album if u ain't got it download that shit
-
When we say Leftover we don't neccesarily mean that it was recorded for the album...We mean that it's an unreleased track that was recorded for an album, but wasn't placed on the album that comes out after it was recorded so it could be saved or stored forever...Get it? ot It? Good!
And most of these songs I had listed were recorded for "Tha Last Meal" anyways...
-
Yo was the song "how you Livin" featurin Butch Cassidy ever released.
-
I dunno..was it...?
-
Then Explain What You Mean By Last Meal Leftovers? Half The Songs On The Last Meal Were Recorded Before Topp Dogg Came Out... So They're All Topp Dogg Leftovers, Right? And How Do You Know It's Not An Eastsidaz Leftover? Or A Soopafly Leftover? Or A 2001 Leftover? Or A MMLP Leftover? LOL Get it? Got It?
-
I just call it a "Last Meal Leftover" because it's a Snoop song and it wasn't on the LATEST Snoop Dogg CD...They aren't all "Last Meal Leftovers", but I just call them that...I dunno why though....
-
that song 'Super Ho' is released on the Straight Outta Cali compilation under the name 'Getcha Girl Dogg'
-
I had a feeling it was released before. Most that I listed have been released probably.
-
just to clear some things up
Purple and Sunshine are different songs. Sunshine and Mary Jane are the same song (aka Its u I Adore)
Purple is dope, it has an upbeat battlecat beat and features mr malik and lady v. really dope, i like that song a lot.
west coast still gon flow is Money 2 Fold, its the original version with just snoop and kurupt and BattleCat doing the hook. they updated the song for bad azz's album
Story to tell was on a soundtrack last year, ive forgotten which tho, duh
also i dont think anyone mentioned the track 'Heard It Thru The Eastside' which was on the last meal 'appetizer' cd
this is a cd i made along the same lines:
SNOOP - LAST MEAL: THE APPETIZER
1. Heard It Thru The Eastside
2. Issues (Longer Version)
3. Backup Ho ft. Goldie Loc
4. Sunshine
5. More Money To Fold ft. Kurupt, Battlecat
6. Father's Day ft. Xzibit, Kokane
7. Purple ft. Mr. Malik, Lady V
8. Inside Of You
9. Hot Pursuit ft. Goldie Loc
10. Money Weak
11. Pop Yo Collar
12. Just Dippin' (Battlecat Remix) ft. Dr. Dre, Butch
13. Land Of Oz ft. Kokane
-
Tha Last Meal is the last meal
-
Trauma's rizzight, the only tracks that have the right to be called leftovers are Dre's 2001 leftovers. Cause you KNOW he recorded over 100 songs JUST FOR 2001.
-
And Snoop recorded over 100 songs for "Last meal"... whuchu point?
-
yo
west coast still gonna flow feat. kurupt
its tight as fuck!
-
now i know how do you know that snoop recorded 100 songs for the last meal? i dont think he did, i havent heard that anywhere.
-
Don't forget the song NO BACK TRACKIN ... Snoop recorded that last summer right before the Up In Smoke Tour Kicked off ... XXL did an interview with him last July and Snoop said the song would be on Tha Last Meal, but it was scrapped at the end. I'm OBSESSED with this song. It's tight as HELL!

haha fo sheezy =)
-
Man, NIK...Snoop's not like that!
He ain't like Dre. Snoop just records songs @ random, for no particular project usually. The songs he recorded could of ended up anywhere. So don't say all them songs were ment to be on "Tha Last Meal," they could end up on Bad Azz's album (Wrong Idea), The Eastsidaz or any other shit Snoop will be on.
Dre on the other hand focuses on one project, and records track specifically for one album. Snoop just decides what should go where.
-
Does anyone know why "NO Backtrackin" wasn't on Tha Last Meal. They coulda got rid of that wack ass No Limit track and put that there in its place.
