Title: Car Audio People.
Post by: Money on March 09, 2008, 07:34:50 PM
i have a 94 Acura Legend w/ the OEM Bose cassete deck with an alpine cd changer in the trunk.

sometimes when its cold outside i get a high pitch sound coming out of my speakers. when the cabin warms up the noise goes away.

also sometimes my right channel (front and back) doesnt work. the left side works great.

i was going to buy an oem radio on ebay tonight but i noticed they were selling cassete decks and amplifiers. what does my problem sound like? is it the $10 radio or the $50 amp?

My indash does that too. Its normal, your deck just needs a few seconds to warm up. It usually takes my deck around 45 seconds to warm up, then its cool

My friend had the same exact problem with his older Acura Legend too. He replaced everything, reinstalled it all, and it still made the noise.
