Title: Tough question about a song sample (Doggy's Angels and Tha Realest).

I'm trying to find out which song these 2 songs sample.  Keep Ya Head Up by Doggy's Angels and Untouchable by Tha Realest.  Both these songs sample the same older song, and I can't figure out which song it is.  I heard it on the radio a long time ago, and i'm at a loss.  Anyone know?

OK, i'll have to see if I can dig them up here in the next few days.  Keep Ya Head Up is track #14 on the Pleezbaleevit! CD of Doggys Angels.  Tha Realest track came from the FTPE release Death Row Dayz and was on Disc 2.  I don't have the booklet for the Doggy's Angels CD, but maybe it says in there, if someone who has the CD booklet could check.
