I borrowed this CD from my friend called Dr.Dre "Concrete Roots anthology" and it has a song Dre produced with D.O.C. singing that has the exact same beat as Shyne's "Thats Gangsta" from 1988. It doesn't exactly the same but you know what I mean. Can this man not make a beat by himself?
-
No shit....First off it's not a Dre beat...Second of it's the first single off "No One Can Do It Better" called "It's Funky Enough"...3rd off "Puffy didn't produce the re-make...The song is tight thoug, the video has DOC in it...

Yeah Shyne is down with D.O.C.

ahahahaha...swookillah cracks me up everytime i read his posts
ahahahah

Don't be so rude...He's just a beginer, that's all...
-
actually Dr. Dre did Produce "it's funky enough", he sampled it from and old Leon F. Sylvers III song
-
If you read the credits it says it's produced by somone else...
-
No shit NIk, in the booklet it shows the writing credit, meaning smeone else wrote the music to the sample and dre made the beat from that music..get the concept NIK? DRe did produce it....peace-Tanjint

yep Nuff said...

Well Dre didn't get any credit on any production note...Usually when a beat is samples it still credits the person who Re-Did the beat...I never really looked into the sample, but it could've been straight jacked without changing a thing...I dunno...Dre mighta changed it up a bit...
