yeah, he used to be really good. His early albums are pretty wack, but Tha Carter 1 had great mannie fresh beats, and he really came into his own as a rapper. his swag and flow on that album were redic. Tha Carter 2 was probably Weezy in his prime... a couple different styles, all dope. The beats are (arguably) weaker, but its a better album imo. He started falling off a bit for Like Father Like Son, but that albums great if you dont mind baby/birdman.

He's really wack now, though... If Carter 3 is bad ima give up on him

the songs i listed are dope as hell and "fuck tha world" is from "Tha Block Is Hot" and its dope track.
yeah..carter 2 is a dope ass album, almost every song is dope, the beats are good too.
