I was talking to my friend about Hit'em Up. He thinks that Kurupt might have had a hand in writing Hit'em Up. Or maybe he helped write it. He says 2Pac's first verse sounds more like a Kurupt verse than a 2Pac one. I can kind of hear a resemblance to their rap styles. Anyone think the same?

He did shout out "Bad Boy Killa" on Don't Stop by 2Pac and Tha Dogg Pound.

Very true. I'm leaning toward he didn't help out 2Pac on Hit'em Up.

I don't know about Kurupt, but Warren G and Daz knew Biggie.

Nah I think Pac handled that on his own. I never really considered it a GREAT diss track. More shit talking then anything else. Kind of like Callin Out Names. But dope as fuck nonetheless. It served its purpose.
