Title: Ego Trippin Live Version
Post by: Fresco on March 17, 2008, 03:51:46 PM
Hi, I guess that everyone agree that Ego Trippin songs are the dopness when they are played live; that's what I expected when he said that the album was going to be "more musical".
Hence I wonder why he didn't do a fully orchestrated cd, maybe it's related to the production cost and the royalties... I don't know but that would have been an instant classic in my opinion!

ideally, it would be awesome, but production costs would be crazy. esp in this day and age, where the music is used more as a marketing tool for other ventures.

Couldnt he do a live album , somethin like Nirvanas MTV Unplugged ?  That album was HUGE!  and sounded great!

Yeah it's what I thought, but I wonder then how they manage to make classical music album with 200 strings or stuff and sell it around 10 or 15 bucks...

Yeah, wit live instruments like songs from "R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece" - it would be dope... 8)
