-
i know its miami
but
MY RAPS 8) 8) 8) 8)
-
Anyone still think they're just happy to be able to say they have a championship?
-
Miami made two threes right at the end of the first half, but with under a minute to go in the second quarter it was 56-20!!!! geez, they are bad....Chuck Swirsky made the Salami & Cheese call in the second quarter! haha
-
imagine if the Heat played the Nuggets
168-54
-

yes. when you win a championship you sorta get like a 5 year grace period so they're set for another 3 years or so.
i still say the t-wolves are worse

lol damn, that's sad for Miami; kinda funny that the most points scored by a Raps player was only 14.
good to see Bosh back for us.

Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. You really think a guy like Wade who was the NBA golden boy is happy going from being the Finals MVP, tagged the next Jordan, and being compared to Kobe to being on the worst team in the league with not such a bright is happy right now? Face it, that Shaq trade was the worst thing they could've done.
-
when i saw tha score i thought that it wuz halftime but it said final and i wuz like whut tha fuck??
-
I wonder if theyll make the NIT...
-
You guys are suckers. They played without Marion & Wade. Now let's see what they do with Mayo, Wade and Marion at full strenght in the east.
-
They only suited up 7 players, damn.
lol @ Chris Quinn playing all 48 minutes and leading the team in scoring with 14 :D

This doesn't make up for Kobe scoring 81 on you.

That's still no excuse! A high school team coulda put up more points...they only shot 21% from the field. :puke:

I disagree. A high school team would probably not be able to score, except maybe some free throws. The great 2003 Rookies got blown out by the Sophs, man. That's just how it is. The Heat roster is very terrible without their 3 best players, that's not a secret.
-
Let me remind people, Miami had a starting lineup of D-Wade, Caron Butler and Lamor Odom in their roster, and could have EASILY added people to it, and they messed it all up just to get Shaq for one good year.

Exactly what I'm saying. They should've kept that core and built around those 3. A defensive C and a better bench added to that roster and they could've done damage.
-
You know you're a sad team when Quinn is your top scorer. :-X

Heat fans can always say Alonzo won a ring now. I think it was worth it for them.

Dude, there's NO excuse for shooting 21% as a team.

Lets not forget the first round pick they gave away (Jordan Farmar)... Anyone who thinks trading for Shaq was worth is must be kidding themselves...Shaq wasn't even the player who led them to that faulty title, Wade was...They coulda' just kept what they had and signed a serviceable center for cheap, and they'd have been a dominant force in the east for years.

Zo in Miami > Shaq in Miami. I've always said that.
-
Zo in Miami > Shaq in Miami. I've always said that.
which term for Zo? Zo in Miami his first time > Shaq in miami > Zo after new jersey
either way as i said earlier, Heat fans will ALWAYS be able to say they saw Alonzo Morning get his ring. Miami was not winning anything with Lamar Odem on their team.
-
Shaq in his prime > Zo in his prime > Zo winning a ring in Miami > Shaq winning a ring in Miami.
Zo was the guy who changed the games when he was on the floor, even more than Shaq. Trust me, i ain't just hating on Shaq. I'm giving my respect to Zo, cause he really deserves it. Zo was been fundamental for the Heat, no shit. No Zo = no ring.

in the 2005 playoffs Alonzo had 10.7 minutes per game, 3.8 ppg and 2.7 rebounds
Shaq on the other hand 33 minutes, 18 ppg and 9.8 boards
shaq played 3 times the minutes and put up 4x the points and over 3x the rebounds
