Yeah its pretty rare, it was sold via the internet back in '98. I wish I had a credit card back then.
The proper cover for it looks just like the cover for the video - which can still be bought.
Heres the tracklist.
I Will Survive (featuring Techneic, Soopafly)
Tommy (featuring Daz)
Hoez (featuring Luke and Dogg Pound)
Cee Walkin'
Don't Do the Crime
Too Blacc
Gold Rush (Lite Mix)
Change Gone Come (featuring Val Young)
Hit Roccs
Last Meal
Ride On (Remix) (featuring Kurupt)

So this is considered as a Snoop album?
Yes
How come it's never on his discographys and shit?
probably because not many people know about it
What Record Company released it (Was it released by Snoop)? and why is it so fukkin rare?
Snoop released it, and he only sold it at shows, and over the internet - hence why its 'so fukkin rare'
its listed on his discography on his official site
-
I just payed 25 bux for one on Ebay...I hope it's worth it...
-
oh yea, it was released on Dogg House Records, distributed by Lock Down Productions

-
Was this the first Dogg House release? what year was it released in?
-
1998
-
now_i_know - be sure is the real thing
i've seen lots of bootlegs for sale - and i've ended up with them in the past.
like i said above the cover should match the smokefest vol.1 video cover - white with hand drawn stuff
e.g. A Chronic Promo CD i bought, looked and sounded good in the ad - but ended up being a CD-R.
I know the guy has posted on this board - but it did have rare audio - so i wasnt too pissed
-
You said they never sold this in stores, but yesterday i was talking to Jake and he said there was one at "The Wearhouse" were he lives for sale. What's up with that??
PS with the Chronic Promo, what rare shit did you get?
-
i never knew it was sold in stores.. i still want a copy for myself :(
(i've got mp3s but its not the same)
i got a few instrumentals like lil ghetto boy and puffin on blunts and 187 that are rare

I thought Tha Eastsidaz was the first release from Dogghouse.
So does it go Smokefest - Eastsidaz - Angels - Last Meal or is there ne thing else?
-
