Earlier this year we had the opportunity to interview Rico Crowder of the group Sons of Funk. In this interview, Rico talks about his beginnings coming into the music business, the forming of Sons of Funk and how he first met, signed and worked with Master P.

Rico also told us about the arrival of Snoop Dogg to No Limit, 2 Pac as well as taking a moment to correct a rumor that surfaced in an AllHipHop interview.

Good lookin out. I remember the Sons Of Funk. I actually bought that album like 5 years ago.

Good lookin out. I remember the Sons Of Funk. I actually bought that album like 5 years ago.

This is interesting... I bought the album too was really anticipating it back then. Props for the interview btw.

I wonder what Snoop meant by that.
