Damn what happened? I caught the end of the game and just saw the highlights. My nigga Pierce let Iguodala run all over him!

They have been playing solid lately, Miller has been real good running the point for them too.

i say they're a player or two away IMO
they are very fast up and down the court though, possibly the quickest in the league

Atlanta, Phili, and Orlando are the three up-and-coming teams in the east...Indiana, Chicago, and Miami are the teams of the past.

Atlanta has been an up-and-coming team for years now. They were when they still had Jason Terry, they just cant put it together. Terry>Mike Bibby. Orlando is already a good team in the east. Philly is good right now but Im still not convinced they are a "playoff" team. The Raptors are up-and-coming but they cant play without Bosh. Calderon, Bosh, Bargnani.....Id say Toronto is one good player away from being real good. I can see them making a deal this summer already trading Ford and either Kapono or Delfino for a good scorer. I would love to see the Raps get a player like Luol Deng or Mike Miller this summer. I do agree that Miami, Indi and Chicago are teams of the past.

Atlanta is putting it together..they're finally gunna make the playoffs this year. Orlando is good, but they're not established as championship contenders quite yet (they will be contenders for years to come, though). Phili has some nice young players, so it's only uphill from here. The Raptors will be up-and-coming when they acquire that extra piece, but as of now, they were a better team last season...New Jersey and Charlotte are some other teams I see moving on up in the near future...But as of now, the 3 main up-and-coming eastern conference teams are Orlando, Atlanta, and Philadelphia.

ya but they Raps were Division champs last season, and I still think they are better than Philli and know they are better than Atlanta, so how are they not up-and-coming? Toronto will finish ahead of Philly and Atl this year too. I think Jersey might get into the 8th spot and take out ATL

Basically, the Raps were an up-and-coming team last season...they slightly fell off from that point, which means they're no longer up-and-coming. Atlanta is currently a better team than New Jersey and can beat Toronto on any given night...I know Toronto has a good team and will continue to be a good team (as long as they have Bosh), but they are no longer up-and-coming after winning their division last year and falling to 7th place this season.

Its crazy how things work out sometimes. Iverson forced his way out of Philly cuz he wanted to play for a contender. Now the Nuggets are 9th in the West while the 76ers are 7th in the East. Bringing in Miller was perfect for Iguodala's development. They should've kept Korver tho.

LOL...Sixers coulda been contending right now if Iverson woulda' played his cards right.

Everyone shits the bed now and again, just so long as they shake it off and win the next time around.

yeah atlanta and new jersey are scary!! ;D

Arenas in his blog, said that "Iggy" was not worth a max contract. And that he's nothing more than a "sidekick". Pure ignorance. The way Andre has been playing, he should be considered a franchise player. Gilbert is a fool.

New Jersey isn't looking too good, ATL's got a good looking lineup though, they may not be great this year but I see them being much stronger next year

Damn....look at the JV tryna get competitive ;D

He's actually not doing bad for a rookie...He's averaging 8.2 PPG, 6.8 RPG, and 1.1 BPG on some high percentages since taking over starting duties.
-
he looks like he belongs in clown shoes and needs a big rubber nose on his face when he runs up and down the court
