Title: Eastern Europe or USA?
Post by: The Watcher on April 10, 2008, 04:17:50 AM: so, i'm going to go overseas again for a month or so for a bit of a holiday again. last year i went with my wife to western europe, covering amsterdam, france, italy, germany, austria and a few other places. now we're deciding between doing eastern europe (russia, scandanavia, etc) or taking a trip to the US and covering a few states/cities.

we know what we would do if we went to europe again, what sorta shit do tourists do in the US? i know there's disneyland/world in florida, casinos in las vegas, visiting new york and i'd be seeing some friends in washington. anyone got any suggestions?

Maybe it's different for an American, but for me it's a no-brainer. I'd take the US any day over Eastern Europe.

Post by: Dubz on April 12, 2008, 10:05:44 PM: come to the united states if youve never been. boston is an incredible city, ny is dope, miami's tight, new orleans has some legit shit, san francisco's must-visit. mad places. the list goes on. if youre one of those al gore-type brothas you could check out the white mountains, yellowstone, grand canyon, whatever. im not sure youd find the diversity of interest and cultures in eastern europe that you can encounter here. obviously as an american im biased, though.
