That sounds like a tremendous idea, yes. Really, hipster art is one thing, animal cruelty is another. You can feel free to do whatever weird shit you consider art, but that is as long as you don't harm anyone. Torturing a helpless innocent is disgusting.
-
thats fucked up, and dude is gonna get whats coming to him...but cmon..let peta worry about that shit...there is bigger and worse things going on in the world today.

How do we know this exactly happened? Why would the people running the art exhibition actually allow this?

Then, are there any laws against that in Latin America? Remember that is a part of the world where stray dogs stroll the street and are considered more of a pest than nice furry pets. There might be no legal problems, and to certain people there might be no ethical ones either, but don't get me wrong, in my opinion there's no defending this shit at all

they should tie him up and then put him on display so we can watch while he dies for "art"

I sure did, and it was inconclusive. All I see is claims. Some people claim that he died during the exhibit, others that he died after, and also there are people that claim he didn't even die. Then, there are also claims that he was only tied up for the three hours during the exhibit, but was fed and untied when it wasn't on exhibit. PETA is pretty much a joke btw.
