I ALWAYS THAUGHT SHE LEFT WELL SHE IS ON THE RADIO RIGHT NOW AND SHE SAID DRE WAS TOO BUSY SO HE DROPPED HER!
-
He probably dropped her during the time he was dropping all these artist off his label.
-
Yeah, Dre Didn't Have The Resources To Release Her Album, And He Wanted What Was Best For Her, So He Released Her, Knowing She Had Other Offers... It's All Love... LOL
-
yeah....cos she was already down with the roots and ruff ryders and so dre saw what was best for her and let her go...but its still all good between them as shown on eves latest album.
-
i saw dre on rap city like a year ago or so and they were talkin about it. he said eve didnt want to wait until after Dre's album was done to start recording and the RR's were interested in her and they said she could start right away. so dre and eve talked about it and they both decided it was best for her to go to the RR
-
I think I would have liked eve better if she was with dre. I thought the ruff ryders was cool for her until I heard her rapping over a dre beat. Dre would have led her in a better direction. ANyone know how much the eve album sold so far.
-
I agree wit' ya' TD, Eve was pretty sick when she was rappin' full out RR, but when I heard her on a Dre beat, she comes more correct. She's got that mean, "kick-back-and-chill" type a' feel over a Dre beat.
-
she sounds similar to rage thats why....
-
yeah i thought she wouldn't sound well on a dre beat she belonged more with those nintendo beats from swizz beats but naw....dre makes her sound even more ferocious, she's not quite as good as Lady Of Rage but she's the closest thing to it...on a dre beat
-
Her first song ever was on the "Bullworth" sdt. It's titled "Eve Of Destruction" and it was produced by Mel-Man. I've never heard it, LOL.
-
nah i dont think that track was her first cos she was on some roots shit before that (i think)
but that track from the bullworth soundtrack is pretty tight
infact...i think ima bump that right now.......
