Im in the market to buy a PS3 mainly to satisfy the blue ray and gaming demand in the household but i do not know the difference between the 40, 60, and 80gb systems other than the 80 has the most memory.
I have a cousin that treid to explain it but hes very good at telling me difference bsides "oh the 80 is the best!"
if anyone can hook me up some insight on the topic id appreciate it.

Will u want to play ps2 games on the ps3? if so the 60gb is the way to go if you can find one, there is also a metal gear solid 4 bundle coming out in june, which will include an 80gb system, new dual shock 3 controller and metal gear solid 4 the game for $500! the 80gb can also play ps2 games, but not all of them and some games have bugs in them. but if playing ps2 games is not important then I would say get the 80gb MGS bundle in june (if you can wait that long!)

Sounds like a good deal with the MG4, especially cuz of the controller finally having vibrabing features. Thanx
