Title: Power106 just played Jay Rock - All my Life ...
Post by: chunkc85 on April 24, 2008, 10:24:29 PM: The version with Will.I.Am and wow he ruined that song. At first I thought that DJ Felli Fell was mixing something else just for the chorus then I remembered about this version (the will I am one) it just ruined the flow of the song. I hope if they start to play it more frequent that they play the one with K-Dot on the chorus.

^True. K-Dot did a better job. Or shit, get Trey Songz, J. Holiday or Bobby Valentino on it for the hook for a remix or something. 8)

Pretty much... I mean, yeah, I understand why the label did it. They figured what better way to launch a new artist than having Will I Am and Lil Wayne on a track, not to mention over Cool And Dre production. Of course, the label don't realize that every person that heard the song says the K Dot version is better. Then when the song doesn't top the charts like it could of, they will wonder why...
