I like how he kept it all al green on this album.
He could have gone the commercial route and do what's considered "hot" by today's standards but he did not. He kept it old school ans it's a great album !

I would like to be hit with this in the inbox..Interested to hear some new Al Green, and I like that the artists that he worked with are high quality.

Finally gave this album a couple of good listens, it's nice and relaxing. Pretty much what I would expect from an Al Green album at this time, smooth and low-key, simple production, and good use of guests. This is why I like to change it up and listen to the soul/R&B genre, it's not all over the place like some hip-hop, rap, and rock, so it's a lot easier to listen to the WHOLE album.
