Today we go deep into the heart of Kentucky, kick up some famous bluegrass and roll up on some good ol’ country boys. We're talking about the Nappy Roots – you know who they are – they are the multi-platinum, southern fried, Grammy nominated hip-hop collective on the verge of releasing their highly anticipated, album, "The Humdinger."
The newest edition to the Dubcnn writing staff, Jonathan Hay, was lucky enough to preview some of their forthcoming album, and it can be described with one word...classic.
This exclusive dubcnn interview turned into a smoke-out, talking about everything in the world of Nappy Land. So, lets cut this intro short and we’ll get right to the root of it.

Short but sweet. I'm a fan of these guys. Their 'Wooden Leather' album was really, really good. I wasn't so keen on their 'Innerstate Music', which I downloaded ( :-[), but I'll probably pick up their new shit when it drops. They're an original force in hip-hop, gotta support that.

I never really did bump them that much but its good to see that they are still around i hope the album does good.
