Title: The "Perks" of having a family business.

Many people think that if your parents own a business, you're automatically rich and have all the freedom in the world.  Well here are some downsides:

1.  Working a full day and having your Dad ask, "Can you stay for a few more hours?"  (extra hours does NOT mean extra money)

2.  While working, your Dad treats you like a son rather than an employee, for example, if I screw something up he goes, "what the fuck are you thinking?!?", but if someone else does, he just says, "That's ok, it's no big deal".

3.  Having to work Weekends. (For Free)

4.  Living with your boss.  

5.  Working a full week and your Dad tells you, we can't pay you this week, we don't have the money.


So as you can see, this kind of stuff isn't for everyone.  Work is stressful right now, but It will get better.  And I will own the company when I'm older, and then I can make my kids do whatever the hell I want.  ;D

We make moulds for foundary's and Plastics fabrication companies.  My dad also owns 1/3 of a plastics forming and fabrication company.
