Priceless

So I'm over at Terrace Martin's last night and see this SP1200 and a brief case full of floppy discs... come to find out its DJ Quik's personal original SP and that is his entire library of songs... everything!! Terrace popped in everything from Born & Raised to AMG and more. Priceless. The original tracks and SP1200 sounds all sequenced for each one (the OG files!). Any producer or fan out there will know why Im making such a big deal out of this... I gotta take a day with T and go through them all and see what we can dig up, you knowwww there's some crazy unreleased unheard classic material in there. Wow! Video def coming soon, in the meantime, feat your eyes... Quik whattup!

Quik did say in a interview that the reason traks r unreleasd r they aint gd enough or didnt get clearance, im guessn that he feels that the traks ther aint gd enuf. Most unreleasd stuff turn out 2 b betr than the retail stuff. But wat i dont undrstand from artists is how they make dope traks then not put them out. I kno its up 2 them wat trak they put on ther record but they got 2 stop thinkn lik that.

i mean f dont stop, got my mind made up, dogg pound gangstaz (rmx), cant see me wer aded on dogg food,it wouldv made the album a wee bit betr.

dogg food is stil an amazn album without those traks anyway so maybe i gave a bad example.

any othr well known unreleasd/leftover traks?

well it's hard to compare, they are two different times as far as his style is concerned

I will agree that it's one of his best tracks EVER though
